Six firefighters accused of gang sex with ‘highly intoxicated’ 17-year-old girl which they filmed in their firehouse are only facing misdemeanor charges and a FINE of $2,500 despite her claims she did not consent
Six volunteer firefighters including the fire chief and the operations captain in Virginia are accused of gang raping a 17-year-old and posting video of it to Snapchat.
The investigation into the firefighters with the Strasburg Fire Department began in April. On Tuesday police charged Nathan Hirschberg, 26, Andrew Key, 24, Dale King, 36, Bradly Marlin, 21, Christopher Pangle, 32 and Fabian Sosa, 25, with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
King is the Fire Chief, while Pangle is the department’s operations captain. The firefighters face up to 12 months in jail, and, or a fine of $2,500 on the misdemeanor charge.
