The 12-year-old girl had been shot in the head on April 30 at a home in Willow Branch Avenue around 1.45am.
Authorities arrested a 12-year-old boy at his home on October 20 and charged him with manslaughter in Eunice’s death.
The children had been joking around in the living room when the boy went outside and grabbed a shotgun hidden beneath the home, according to the affidavit.
When he returned, the boy then pointed the loaded weapon at everyone in the room, witnesses said.
