Two daycare workers are facing felony charges after a video surfaced of them encouraging students to fight.

Children as young as 3 participated in the alleged “fight club,” where children put on boxing gloves and battled each other.

The New York Post reported, Mickala Guilford, 28 and Tena Dailey,22, were charged on Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child.

The incident took place two years ago in December of 2016. But the mother does not believe enough was done to the teacher’s responsibility. “I want them to be held responsible, and I don’t want this to happen to any other child,” Nicole Merseal told ABC 7.

Merseal shared the video for the teachers to receive a harsh punishment.
