[VIDEO] Judge Hatchett @TheJudgeHatchetMy daughter died tragically
@CedarsSinai & medical personnel failed her. Trust, I won’t rest until justice prevails. TV judge Glenda Hatchett is calling out the hospital where her daughter-in-law died after delivering a healthy baby boy via cesarean section saying: “It could all been avoided.”
After her son’s wife, Kyira Dixon Johnson, died due to massive blood loss after a scheduled c-section, Hatchett shared her family’s devastation on Instagram.
“My daughter, Kyira Dixon Johnson, should have never died at Cedars-Sinai,” she captioned a photo of herself and her daughter-in-law. “They let her bleed to death & it could have all been avoided. She didn’t have to die! I ask you to please speak her name and ask them why?”
Now Hatchett’s son, with the support of his mother, is suing the hospital.
According to People, Charles Johnson IV has filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for wrongful death and negligent infliction of emotional distress following the death of his wife.
