Jaleesa Jackson and Chiedozie Uwandu met at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and are medical residents in anesthesiology at a hospital in Boston. The couple decided to go to Southern California to rest for a week and get away from the stressful life of 14-hour shifts five or six days out the week and being on-call around the clock.
The couple traveled 3,000 miles to relax on the beach and get away from the regular hustle and bustle, so they found a small Airbnb property in Los Angeles. According to the Boston Globe, the couple read the reviews, and they were excellent. The previous guests were very satisfied with the property, and Airbnb even deemed him as a ‘Super Host.’
The couple was greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from JJ, the property’s host. He asked if everything was ‘satisfactory’ and the couple was more than pleased with the property until the ruckus began.
