A&E Set To Release New O.J. Documentary, Guilty: The Conviction Of O.J. Simpson

A&E has revealed they’re producing a new O.J. Simpson documentary, Guilty: The Conviction of O.J. Simpson.

The new two-hour special reportedly will revisit O.J.’s armed robbery trial with “previously unreleased audio tapes and files.” It will also take viewers to the crime scene and “re-examine” the chilling details that led to O.J. Simpson’s verdict.”  It’ll also supposedly will offer new details and revelations from his case.

The network announced the new feature Thursday, the same day Simpson was granted parole in Nevada for his 2007 botched robbery of a man who had memorabilia Simpson insisted was his.   The doc itself will be released in October, the month Simpson’s expected to be released from prison.

“Over the past two decades, the fascination with O.J. Simpson only continues to grow and we are dedicated to bringing a fresh new look into his most recent case through exclusive interviews and footage,” said Elaine Frontain Bryant, executive vice president of programming at A&E.
