5 Questions Everyone Needs To Ask Themselves To Prove Their Life Is Complete

Do you start and end each day feeling content or wonder if there’s more out there for you?

According to lifestyle expert and coach Sarah Jones, there’s five golden questions that everyone needs to ask themselves to prove if their life really is complete.

Here, she has shared those questions with FEMAIL – and says if you can come up with an answer for all five, life is good.

1. What’s your passion?

To truly know yourself is to know your passions and purpose, and then, hopefully, to use said passion and purpose towards doing good work in the world.

Part of living a mindful life is living a life of self-discovery and purpose.

2. What is your happiness?

The fundamental reason why happiness is so important is that it’s extremely vital to our own goals in life and can help us achieve many other cherished personal ambitions and goals. Also, by being happy, we have the potential to change many other lives just by being ourselves.

Happiness is the feeling you experience when you realise that everything is exactly as it should be, as a state of feeling that you experience of having inner peace.

3. Do you know how it feels to wake up with a smile?

Smiling is such a key ingredient for establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Thoughts create emotions and happy thoughts create happy emotions. It’s super simple but it’s so true – think about the things you love to do that make you happy. Just visualising doing something that makes you happy is bound to make you feel happier in return.

A smile is a contagious thing. Give to the world and the world will give back to you. Smile at the world and the world will smile back at you. You will brighten the days of those around and make a difference in their lives and yours simply by smiling!

4. Is the cup half empty or half full for you?

What do you consider to be a happy life? A happy life is living each day with acceptance and gratitude, making the best of the way things turn out and thinking of your glass as half full, not half empty.

Trying to keep a positive attitude will not only make you more enjoyable to be around, it can also help your health. Having feelings of optimism and high self-esteem means you’re less likely to get sick compared to those who have negative emotions.

5. When was the last time you cried?

Tears are a way of flushing negative chemicals out of the body and doing you a world of good. We look and feel emotionally cleansed afterwards.

You cleanse all the negative thoughts you have stuck in your mind. It helps you come to terms with your feelings when words cannot describe them. When crying, you are letting go of emotional baggage that is taking over and you feel lighter and brighter and free so, contrary to popular belief, crying is a sign that you life is complete.
